This was my first time shipping a car and Ship A Car Direct made this such an reaeasy experience. I worked with Matt, he had awesome customer service, he was very informative, quick to respond and never left me in the dark throughout the process. He assisted me with choosing the best carrier for shipping my vehicle from TX to CA. I didn't pay anything until we confirmed a carrier and when we did I was only required to pay a deposit of $150. My car was picked up when promised and delivered a day earlier than quoted. Matt contacted me afterwards to confirm I received my vehicle in great shape, which I did. With most companies once they have your money you're no longer a concern of theirs. This was not the case with Ship A Car Direct. They have made a lifetime customer out of me, should I ship a vehicle again they will be the fiirst # I dial and/or recommend to my family and friends.

I shipped my car from California to Massachusetts. The car was picked up in ONE day from the date of order and Truck assignment, delivered exactly on the day it was promised during assignment. Very professional, friendly, reliable and most of all trustworthy service. The trucking company's employees were equally cordial in their communication. The company kept in contact during the entire process. I was called the day before the car was picked up, the day the car was picked up and 1 hour before the driver arrived. I was told it would take 5-7 days to deliver the car from CA to GA and it was delivered in the afternoon on day 5. I was given a good amount of notice before the car was delivered so I could be sure to be home. The car arrived undamaged and the driver was very friendly and polite. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Ship a car direct has plenty of sales pitches on their web site, and, by and large, they are accurate. My original quote wasn't increased, the company kept good communications with me, the dates were met, and I was assigned the excellent carrier. As promised, the brokerage fee wasn't charged until the carrier was picked and I confirmed acceptance. I was apprehensive of the whole experience of shipping my car from Midwest to CA, but it turned out to be pretty smooth due to both the broker and the carrier delivering on all their promises.

I shipped my Lexus cross-country from Colorado to Ohio through Ship A Car Direct. I was pleasantly surprised how simple and worry-free the entire process was. I would definitely choose to work with them again should I ever need car shipping in the future.

I was moving from the west coast to the east and two cars to get there. I called direct first and got an estimate. Read lots of bad reviews about each and every shipping company. So I was a little learey of doing this. After reading all about direct, I felt assured. They came to pick up a bit early but they had to wait. Both cars went on a smaller truck first then a larger for the majority of the trip. I drove across in my own truck and they were delivered the next day. They were a little dirty but I expected that since I used the open transport. After a quick wash they were exactly as I have them to them. I would recomend them to anyone!
