Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I had my car shipped from Ohio to Wyoming, and went through Better business bureau to look for a company that is truly reliable. I picked Ship a car direct after speaking with Matt, and he gave me realistic options, gave me a fairly good quote. No downpayment was needed until my car was dispatched to a shipping company. A timeframe was discussed as to when my car would be picked up, and they also went to great lengths to ensure the car would arrive when I needed it. They dispatched my car to off the Map trucking, which is also a GREAT company, very reliable. They picked my car up on thursday, and had it ready for me by Wednesday, which was the day I requested to receive the car, as I wouldnt be in town until the day before. Great communication, great service, my car arrived on time, in perfect condition! I WOULD RECOMMEND SHIP A CAR DIRECT and would definitely use their service again!

Jason did a great job in following up at every stage of the process.. I did two shipments with them and both of them are very satisfactory...

Picked up in time. Dropped off on time and in perfect condition. Portia in dispatch was courteous and communicated extremely well. Would recommend to anyone. Couldn't have asked for more.

Overall our car shipping experience was pretty painless. We had to make some adjustments on where our car was picked up and delivered, and our transport company was very flexible and easy to work with. The only negative part of the experience was receiving a phone call from the transport company the day before scheduled pickup saying they could pick up the car that night. We agreed that the early pickup would work, and they said they would call back when they had a pickup time. However, that night they never called to schedule the pickup appointment or say they weren't going to pick up the car. It was after hours and their office was closed, so we weren't able to know if the pickup was still on or not. It was a little annoying waiting around for a call that never came, but the next morning we received a phone call scheduling a pickup time for the originally scheduled pickup day. We were driving across the country ourselves and they honored our request not to deliver the car before we arrived. We received the car on our designated delivery day, and for a small additional fee the transport company even drove it an extra 25 miles beyond our original destination. We made the request for a different delivery location that morning, so we were very glad that they were able to accommodate our last minute request. The back end of the car was dirty when delivered, which made it hard to check for damages, but everything looked fine, and the transport employee was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again. Matt was great helping us make arrangements and checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Great company - honest and thorough. They communicated well, and gave us the cell phone for the driver to coordinate details. They walked us through the whole process.

I decided on Ship A Car Direct because of their A rating with the Better Business Bureau. Service was excellent in all aspects! Matt answered all of my questions promptly and advised me based on his experience how to set up the best possible pick up date. The drivers were great! Honest, hard working people. Will definitely use this service again!

Wow!!!!! I can honestly say this was a fantastic transaction. Communication was appropriate and timely and every aspect was professionally handled. The cost was very competitive, existing damage was documented, all paperwork was complete. Costs and forms of payment were clearly identified. All around fantastic job. Thank you very much!

I was a first-time shipping shopper. Shopping is difficult, and it can be confusing - but my experience here was confidence inspiring. All my calls were answered quickly, and my voicemail messages and emails were returned promptly. Combine the customer service and communication with high auto shipping volume, and I knew I had found my shipper. The transaction was flawless. I would use them again - definitely a positive experience!
