I have to admit I was a little skeptical of shipping my car to our son in Texas. After talking to several other shipping companies I called Ship A Car Direct and spoke to Matt. What a difference it was - he is articulate, friendly, knowledgable and eased my concerns. He continued to be in contact with me via email through the entire process. The truck arrived on time and delivered the car even sooner than expected since they had two drivers. Our son was very happy and I would definitely recommend this company.

David was awesome help on this. He returned every phone call & email quickly & was extremely patient with questions. I know this wasn't the easiest as he was having to speak with me some days & our daughter other days. Everything went smoothly & our only disappointment was having to deliver the car to the driver - he wanted to charge extra to pick it up from its home location. If ever I ship another car I'll be calling David & Ship-A-Car Direct.

After reading the many horror stories on the internet about shipping a car across the country, I was really stressed about picking a company. Once I decided on Ship a Car Direct, my stress evaporated. Kay guided me through the process step by step. Once a shipper was assigned, I waited for all the glitches I had read about to happen. But to my surprise the process was smooth and stress free. Our shipper called several times the day of pickup to keep us in the loop. When he picked up the car, he was very professional and efficient. He had already contacted the family member receiving our car to set up a special delivery site to accommodate his work schedule. The car arrived without any delays and the whole process couldn't have been easier.

I had my 1998 Toyora Supra Turbo transported from Florida to Kansas. It took three days to be picked up from when it became ready for pick up and took only one day for it to arrive, right at my front door. I've shipped cars before and this is the first time they have held true to delivering directly to my house and me not having to meet them somewhere, which was super nice considering it was heavliy raining at the time of delivery. Other quotes were from $1300-1800, considerably higher. One thing that impressed me the most (probably because I'm in insurance) is that Tom sent me emails about the process and what to do to protect myself in case of damage or issues. Since I'm well aware about taking videos and pictures during the loading and unloading phase, they were the first to send me reminders and explain why to do it. It's a bigger deal than you think if you don't have pictures to prove your case. Although the chances of damage during transportation are rare, they can happen. I was very pleased by the overall process and the communication and tips by Tom and his co. I do understand he is a broker, and there is also a factor of which driver picks up your car, and I got a good one. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I had and I was able to glance at some of the others ones in his enclosed carrier which gave me piece of mind that someone transporting my car understood the value and rarity of such. Best price, fast, and great service. I'm a happy customer.

This was my first time using a car transport service, and I was really nervous about all the things that could go wrong. Ship A Car Direct did a great job. my car was picked up 1 day after my first available pick up date and delivered to my front door 1 day after the estimated delivery date which was great! My car arrived in good condition and the price was fair. I had an overall great experience!
