I was very pleased with the services provided by Ship A Car Direct. Their website, particularly the Q&A videos, was very informative. After surveying two other companies, I went with Ship A Car Direct because they provided so much helpful information upfront in their Q &A videos. Further, David, the representative I worked with, emailed me frequently throughout the move to let me know of each upcoming step in the process. Because of his level of communication, I felt assured of my choice to go with Ship A Car Direct, and I also felt confident that they would coordinate the delivery of my precious vehicle across the country safely.

I consider myself a skeptic and was hesitant to let some unknown pick up my car. My contact at Ship a Car was very helpful and was always able to take time to discuss the entire process and ease my concearns. I would recommend using these guys again as I am very big on customer service and apparently they are too!!!!

This is the second time I have used Ship a Car Direct! The first time was excellent and the second time was just outstanding. I submitted my request on a Sunday, by Monday morning I was speaking with Tom (who helped me before). Originally my car was to be shipped 2 weeks later, but circumstances changed where I needed to ship within 4 days. Tom found a carrier within 48 hours able to pick up my car. I was just amazed. Tom quickly coordinated everything. The professionalism and customer service was top notch; he made the process very simple for me. When I was contacted by the carrier dispatch they were very personal, friendly and stayed true to everything they explained. The driver of the carrier was so professional too; he even was able to pull the carrier right outside my home development. Lastly, when the delivery was complete, the driver made it very easy to pick up the car. The best part is Tom at Ship a Car Direct never left my side; he was there up until the car was delivered and called to make sure I was satisfied. Hand's down this is the best company! I wish I could give them more than a 5 Star rating. I will definitely use them again and send anyone who needs to ship a car anywhere to Ship a Car Direct.

Had a big SUV shipped from NY suburb to Chicago suburb. They were able to arrange pickup within hours and car arrived in about a day. Great communication and followup. Would highly recommend.

My experience with ship a car direct was excellent! I had looked into other carriers that were somewhat cheaper, but after researching on Better Business Bureau.com I realized the others had bad ratings. Ship a car directed not. From the start to the end I was satisfied completely with their service.
