Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I can't begin to thank the Ship-A-Car-Direct organization for the service they provided recently. After being taken advantage of by another transport service, I was very apprehensive about using the Ship-A-Car-Direct company. I did some research, read reviews, and even looked up their licensing information. I spoke with Jason, and he explained their process, and I quickly became comfortable with the integrity of their commitment to provide excellent service to the end. If asked by anyone I would no hesitate to recommend these folks. They are trustworthy, and are a "No excuses, just results organization!"

I bought two Doner Cars that had all the Parts that I needed from Pictures !.I signed up with a Trucking Co. My friend used..The Contract stated Non Running ! Hi, I recently used Ship a car direct for the 2nd time and each time was great! I had no problems what so ever, the company was with me every step of the way. My Rep name was Emily, she was so nice and she answered all my questions and kept me posted on everything, the car carrier Jim was really nice to, he told me it would take 4days for him to drive from Nevada to Michigan he even called to let me know that he wouldn't be late and would be on time and he was! which was great, i had no damage or anything stolen out of my car. So if your trying to ship a vehicle use Ship A Car Direct, they wont let you down, they didn't let me down!! I would definitely use them again and again!!

Second time we've used Ship a Car Direct to ship a car from a Washington state dealer to our home in Georgia. Transparent, responsive, easy to do business with. The carrier, Ranier Company, was on-time, the car was delivered in pristine condition. The driver actually had noted pin sized damage for the bill of lading on this previously owned vehicle on pickup that we likely would not have even found delivery inspection. The driver noted "we do this everyday, it's our job", very professional, courteous, and communicative. Highly recommend.

I HAVE USED SHIP A CAR DIRECT A FEW TIMES SO FAR, DALE RESPONDS QUICKLY AND SO FAR HAS CONNECTED ME WITH EXCELLENT DRIVERS. HE AND THE DRIVERS TRY TO WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE. MY CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME AND UNDAMAGED.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Ship A Car Direct from beginning to end. The setting up and the ultimately delivery were all very easy and smooth and the folks setting up the delivery as well as the shipper who actually brought the car were very pleasant to deal all the way through.

This was my second time using Ship A Car Direct, and I would use them again. They were flexible regarding arranging pickup and drop-off times, and the carrier was very professional. My car arrived to its destination quickly without any issues.

My experience was perfect ,, they picked the car up after two days and took four days to transport it from Florida to Washington which was supposed to take 7-10 days , the customer support follow up with me all the time and send me video to explain the ship process , the price was fair and acceptable , the driver was so friendly and accept to drop the car in different location the car was in good condition just need air in the tiers I recommend anyone to ship with them
