Great communication every step of the way with Lottie, at Ship-Car-Direct and with Vitali, from Kwik Trans. the carrier. Vitali adjusted his schedule to fit mine and communicated with me along the cross country trip. My car arrived in perfect condition, exactly when he said it would. Oh, and the price was competitive! What more could I ask for?

Having never purchased a long distance vehicle-i was nervous, but Lottie and staff kept me informed, showed me how to properly document car condition and everything was as it should have been. Car was picked up on time and delivered on time in spite of winter weather conditions.

Lottie helped get a carrier for my cross country move very quickly, offered a reasonable price, and the car was delivered in an impressively short time- only 4 days and some change to go from Seattle to CT. The car was completely undamaged and just a bit dirty, which is expected when driving through winter storms.

The shipping of my mom's car from Connecticut to Florida was easy. The staff member I worked with at Ship A Car direct was kind, informative, and thorough. She helped us make the right decision for the move. She kept us informed about the process and checked in at each step to make sure we knew what to expect. Things went exactly as she described.

They did good. Little lax on the communication but my car got to its destination.
