Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I took delivery of the car this morning. Everything went smooth. The day after I called to set up the pickup the car was on the carrier heading back to N.J. Four days later, the driver, Lal, called to let me know he would be delivering the next day between 8-9 AM. The next day at 8:45 AM he called again when he was close to the house. The driver was pleasant and over all a good experience. I would definitely recommend ShipACarDirect and Star 1 Transport with a A+ rating.

David was great and came on time. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct! The person who walked me through all the steps was Erik. I had never shipped an auto before so I didn't know the first thing about it. Erik was very patient and assured me I would survive the experience! I met the driver and he drove me back to my home. The car arrived exactly the day they said it would. It was a great experience and I would use them again anytime!!!! Thank you

I would recommend using Ship A Car Direct the next time you need to ship your car. About two weeks I had an exceptional experience when I had my Infiniti G37 shipped from St. Louis to CA. I kept in contact with Tom from Ship A Car Direct who was informative and helped guide me through the process. If this is your first time shipping your car I would highly recommend going through Ship a Car Direct. Ask for Tom.

Used once for a move from MA to CA, since my normal non-broker carrier was all booked up. I gave them a 7 day window for pickup and a carrier was assigned within that window. The pickup location was close to my home, though in the parking lot of a private industrial company. The driver was professional and they took a reasonable amount of time for transport. On arrival, the car was a bit dirty as expected though less than my last transport, when the car had 100 dead insects plastered on the rear, probably since the truck was smaller so the car was never in a position to be the insect buster at the top front position of the rig. As the broker, Ship a Direct was alright - fairly prompt and accurate in providing info when requested - no problems.

1st time shipping a car, wasn't sure how it would all transpire. Great communication from Jason. Car delivered on time. Would use again. Thanks!

I had a vehicle shipped from Tacoma Washington to Spring Lake North Carolina with no problems. This is my second time using this company and it won't be my last. Great customer service, honest pricing, and a fast delivery are what you can expect to receive.

Ship a car direct made moving my car across country easier than expected. Their brokers are also very helpful and answered all my questions and eased my worries.
