Working with Ship a Car Direct made the process so easy to follow with no hidden costs! I was quite overwhelmed with the car transport process since this was my first time shipping a vehicle across the United States. Ship a Car Direct simplified the process and everything went so smooth! The car was picked up and delivered on the specified dates. There were no delays and the car arrived safely without any problems. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone looking to transport their vehicle. Thanks!

Wonderful experience moving two cars from Texas to Connecticut! Would highly recommend. Pick-up and drop-off were on-time and cars were in perfect condition. Great customer service as well and they walk you through the entire process and answer any questions you might have.

David answered my emails promptly, I never needed to call because as soon as I sent an email the response was there. The most I had to wait was for an email I sent late at night and I got the answer the first thing in the morning. I needed my car to be shipped on July 29th and David found me a carrier that shipped the car exactly the same day and it was delivered the day after in perfect condition. Hassle free and easy to deal with. So happy with their service.

Ship-a-car Direct was a very professional service that I'm glad I chose! I spent many weeks researching auto companies and horror stories and I was afraid of falling prey to one of those same companies. After doing a thorough search and reading reviews like this one, it was clear that this was the best option! I booked my order very early in advance but Dale was very friendly and often sent email reminders about my upcoming order. The week of the move was a little stressful as we could not find a carrier and I was scheduled to depart for Nevada a few days later. After searching relentlessly, Dale located a company that was very professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

After reading about auto transport companies I was very concerned. I did my research and found Ship a car direct with very good reviews. The price quoted was fair and cheaper than other brokers I researched. I dealt with Eric at Ship a Car direct. He was kind, helpful and efficient. The truck arrived on time to pick up the car and it arrived 1 day ahead of schedule. All around great company and would definitely use again!

this was my second time with ship a car direct and yet again, they amazed me with their excellent service... the pick up and drop off was on time and the customer service was great, in my case I was in contact with david... economical, excellent and flawless company !!! you can totally trust them !!

Just great ! Excellent service. I called Ship a car direct just 9 days before my actual moving date. Tom was my contact and he was there all the time to answer all questions. The company that delivered my vehicle was M and H Auto Transport and I am very satisfied with their service. They picked up the vehicle on Wednesday and delivered it on Friday (yes, just in two days). The driver called me 2-3 times to inform the status. My call were also answered promptly. The car arrived on time, not dirty and with no damage at all. I would definitely recommend Ship a car direct.
