Coordinating the dates was a little tough in the middle of the busy summer moving season, but Tom was very helpful in securing a date. Once I dropped off the car and made arrangements with the driver, everything was set. I was surprised how quickly my car arrived - in 7 days. And it was not as dirty as I expected it to be - nothing a quick car wash could not take care of. Overall a great experience. Would recommend.

My experience shipping 2 corollas with Ship A Car Direct was fast and reliable. The cars arrived with no damage, nothing stolen, and one day early. Car was picked up 2 hours after I contacted Eric at Ship a Car direct. The process was so easy and hassle free. No wonder they are the top rated company for car transport on Consumer Reports. I would highly recommend them and Tomas Towing for all your transport needs.

Everything went smoothly, we were happy with the service. We were told about the transporter well in advance and given their contact info. After watching short videos on their website, we were also able to talk to ShipACarDirect customer support to clarify specific questions like what could be left in the car, and what time our friend at the delivery location would have to be available. We also were told clearly that we would need to pay the carrier by cash or cashier's check or money order, which we did. There were some minor issues finding our house but our phone numbers were forwarded to the carrier so that they could call us, which they did to resolve those issues.

Was put in touch with a great carrier in plenty of time to coordinate a smooth transition for my auto coast to coast. Would recommend and use again.

Moving across country is an extremely stressful experience. After reading many glowing reviews, I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct even though I could go elsewhere for less. I just wanted my car transported damage free and having piece of mind and a stress free experience was worth the few extra dollars. Alex was great to work with, he kept me informed and was always easy to reach on a direct line and I felt like I was speaking with a friend rather than a company. My MINI required a closed carrier due to it's low clearance (which increased the cost significantly). But after meeting the driver/owner who was transporting my car, I was glad my car was shipped this way. He wraps the car in plastic to keep oil, dirt and debris from your car. My friend told me that when she moved a car across country her car was on the bottom of a carrier and when it arrived it was covered in oil from the car above. I was glad that this would NOT be my experience, especially since my car is a convertible. The driver/owner also told me that once my car was in place it wouldn't be moved until I picked it up and from the position in the carrier I could tell this was true. Also shipping in a closed carrier are generally more expensive cars and I think the drivers would be more careful with the load. In addition the many tips and videos that Ship A Car Direct were extremely helpful. My car arrived 100% damage free and earlier that I expected. The transporter did not charge extra for holding my car for 4 days while I was driving to AZ. I HIGHLY recommend Ship A Car Direct and the company they chose for me, to transport your car anywhere.
