Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I shipped my car from Fremont, CA to South Plainfield,NJ. Based on the reviews I went with Ship A Car Direct and they assigned a person to me and his name is Scott. First of all I have to give 5 stars for Scott, he is very friendly and explained step by step how the shipping works. They assigned CAA Transport carrier for my shipment, but I was little hesitant to use CAA because of their bad reviews. I called Scott and he gave me the confidence to go with CAA. They came on time to pick-up and my car arrived within 10 days. Whenever I call CAA to know the status of my car they are very polite and responsive. Truck driver unloaded my car near a Target shop and everything was perfect. Thanks Ship A Car Direct and CAA.

I had a very good experience using Ship a Car Direct. Customer service from David was great and the cost of shipping was very reasonable. Arranging the pick up and drop off times for my vehicle was specific to my needs, even as plans changed along the way. I'd recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone looking to transport their vehicles.

Recently we decided to check about shipping a car across country to our grandson. Research revealed that Ship a Car Direct was a very reputable company so we contacted them and were glad we did. Our point of contact, David, made the process very easy. He arranged for the carrier to meet us at a pick up point and drop off point we chose. He kept us advised of what we needed to do, even providing information that we hadn’t considered, so there were no questions or surprises and responded immediately when we contacted him. The carrier he selected was also responsive when we checked on the status during transport. The car was delivered on time in the same condition as it was when we delivered it. We highly recommend using a Ship a Car Direct broker for shipping a vehicle. Dealing with one person who took care of all the details made this a headache free process and we would definitely contact David again should we need to move another vehicle.

I was highly impressed. Would use again

I used Ship a Car Direct before, and I've had two good experiences now. I didn't give a lot of notice on this move and everything lined up easily and I had my car within a week. I would use them again.

This process went very smoothly. David contacted me and answered my questions. I had a narrow delivery window, and he found a driver that not only met my time frame, but delivered the car on the optimal date. Wesley the driver kept me informed at all times and was quite helpful. I was extremely satisfied with the process and outcome.

This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I had no clue how the process worked, who to trust, or how much it should cost. Ship A Car Direct's videos explain the process wonderfully. They don't try to hard sell you and don't promise the lowest price. After I booked, Matt kept in constant contact with me to let me know when my truck was picked up and when it would be delivered. He followed up several times to make sure that there were no problems. If I ever have to ship another vehicle, I will use Ship a Car Direct. Great company to do business with.

I have never shipped a car before and have heard many horror stories. My first exchange with shipacardirect was when Gabby contacted me and throughout the process Gabby was a great help and always very reassuring. The videos where quick and useful. Although I had some doubts about the company that transported our car due to the fact that it was a very small company, they were great, on time and very courteous. I definitely would reuse and recommend this service.
