Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

My first time shipping a car, and Ship a Car Direct did a excellent job making it all go smoothly. Worked with Scott, who was more than helpful throughout the entire process. Shipping was arranged within 5 minutes (!) of contracting; Car was picked up the next day and arrived in perfect shape in about a week. Price was very competitive, and no surprises when I went to pay the driver upon delivery. Would not hesitate to use them again for any future car transport needs.

Very favorable overall experience. The individuals I was assisted by were thorough, helpful, and trustworthy. I would definitely use them again.

Very smooth thanks to very good communication. Process is well explained and transparent, and most importantly my car was shipped with no issues, fast and for a good price. I used the service twice now, with the same results. Will use again.

That has been a good experience overall. Jason is a fast email correspond, however the phone it is really hard to reach them through phone call. The guy who was picking up car wasn't precise about the time of arrival, and there is a little bit issue with that. Other than that, the car arrives in a decent condition for a short amount of time.

I was hesitant about shipping my car from Virginia to Texas but they made the process simple. The company was well priced and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I receieved my car on time while other companies could not guarantee a date. I highly recommend!

Ship a direct had made my experience shipping a car very easy by being with me through every step in the process and the effective communication they maintained. They always informed me of the updates they have and answered any questions about how the service would work as well. In addition, they made sure they found me the most secure and reliable truck carrier to deliver my car safely from CA to MN without any damages. The only worry I had was whether my car was going to be delivered to me on time and turned out my car arrived a day early! I definitely would utilize this company again to ship my car!

We had the most worry free transfer of our vehicle. We had our car transported from Edison, NJ to Leland, NC. Tom Ship a Car Direct was very easy to work with. They explained the whole process and were with us every step of the way. The transporter was efficient and courteous. We had our car in 2 days with no damage. This was on the whole a very worry free and stress less experience. We would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.

I shipped my car from San Diego to SF when I moved there for a job. The customer service was fantastic leading up to the pickup and I was able to get responses right away for any questions I had. The driver called me about my vehicle before he picked it up and worked with me to figure out the exact time. He was easy to talk to and flexible. He was a little bit later than we had originally planned but it wasn't a big deal. The drop off was smooth as well. There were two small scratches on my car that weren't there in the beginning but the driver buffed them out. The pickup was at 11:30a and drop off was 10:30p same day. Overall a very good experience.
