Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

Big thank you to Gaby at ship a car direct. I had to ship my daughters car from the SF bay area to Virginia. She is in college out there. I needed the car to be there when she got there and I was very anxious. Gaby was so very patient with me. She was always there to re assure me. I must have called 10 or more times. Every thing went exactly as planned, without a hitch. The car was picked up by a very kind driver and delivered just as planned. I could not be happier. Ship a Car Direct came highly recommended to me. I will surely recommend their service to anyone looking to ship their car. Thank You Gaby.

The transport was easy, efficient and professional in all respects. The car arrived on time, with a call on prior day to notify of delivery and time. With the exception of a few dead bugs on the windshield it arrived as it left, in great shape. The driver was courteous and appeared to be very knowledgeable with regard to loading/unloading the car onto the transport vehicle. We were working on a tight schedule for pick up and delivery, and he managed to accommodate that precisely.

I needed to transport my car across country from Maryland to San Diego, so I went on a quest to find a reputable transport company. I found Angela at Ship A Car Direct, but kept on looking for a few days. Why did I wait? No other company came close to the efficiency, courtesy, and follow through. Thank you for making moving a lot easier.

After reading horror stories and bad reviews about car transport companies, we were surprised and extremely happy with our experience shipping our car cross-county using Ship A Car Direct. The car was picked up on the day promised and was delivered on the day the carrier, IK Transportation Inc., told us it would be delivered. Gaby at Ship A Car Direct was in frequent communication with us and provided extremely helpful tips and videos. Thanks to all involved!

Jason followed the process to the end! Definitely would use this service again!

I recently had a classic car shipped about 2000 miles and I had a great experience with Jason, from Ship-A-Car Direct. He gave me a competitive quote; walked me through the process; and followed up to ensure delivery was to my satisfaction. The driver even went the extra mile and charged the battery when it arrived dead due to a quirk with the ignition/electrical system. Thanks!

I had an great experience with Ship-A-Car-Direct. This was my second time moving across the country, but first time handling the move myself. After seeing bad review after bad review of auto transport companies, I came across glowing reviews for Ship-A-Car-Direct on Yelp, BBB, Transport Reviews, and elsewhere, so I decided to give them a try. They made it clear that they are not the actual carrier company, but set you up with one of their pre-approved carriers (mine was Ace Auto Trans), as well as provide insurance and a single point-of-contact for the entire process. Even if you don't decide to use Ship-A-Car-Direct, do check out their FAQ videos -- they're very down-to-earth and helpful in explaining the entire auto shipping process.

Carrier was scheduled quickly. Pickup and delivery were on time. Driver was friendly and professional. Car arrived in perfect condition with no damage. Would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to others.
