It was a pleasant experience. I received the car in 5 days after pickup (MI to CA). Stefan was excellent with responses to my queries. The emails with the information helped quell concerns. Would use this service if and when required.

My experience with Ship A Car Direct was easy and worry-free. Although it was slightly more expensive than other quotes I had received, I went with them because of the quality of their website, the fact that they offered insurance independent of my own car insurance, and their online reputation (through reading reviews). I originally put the timeline for pickup Saturday through Monday, but Emily advised me that some carriers do not pick up on weekends, so I added Friday to my availability. I received notice that it would be picked up on Friday, but after waiting almost all day, I called and the carrier themselves confirmed it would be picked up Saturday. Not a big deal, but a little confusing. The guy who picked my car up was thorough, friendly, and very detailed. I did try to email a couple of days before my car arrived to check on it, but got a very late response from Ship A Car Direct. I wasn't super worried about it, so I just waited for the carrier to call me to deliver. He was also great, if not a little hard to understand, and my car was in exactly the same condition plus some dirt, but that's no issue. I would definitely ship with Ship A Car Direct and Unified Auto Transport again if the need arises.

Jason and Ship a Car Direct could not have made things easier for me. The online video tutorials were very helpful and I had the ability to watch (and re-watch, if needed) the videos when I wanted to. Jason and the Ship a Car Direct team was very prompt to respond if I had any questions or concerns. I received timely updates via e-mail and phone messages prompting action when necessary. It's not every day that I ship a car across the country, so I had a number of questions. Jason and team were understanding and patient with my inquiries – walking me through the process and explaining the complexities so that I could understand. Expectations were set and met - I understood where we were in the process throughout the event. The scheduled pick up and drop offs were on time and I received phone calls to let me know the status as the dates/times were getting close. I would use Ship a Car Direct again – they understand the model and approach and they get the job done as promised. The price is fair and the people are honest and knowledgeable.

Kay was extremely helpful in her communications and working with me to transport my muscle car. The driver was on time and also had excellent communications. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone!

This was such a smooth and easy experience. Karen was so helpful and always let me know what was going on and what to expect. The car pick up was on time and delivery was earlier than anticipated ( I didn't even have to rent a car as I intended to). I had ship a car direct ship my car form North Carolina to Louisiana. The car was dispatched the same day I contacted them. It was picked up the day after I made it available and it was delivered the day after that. I have used Ship A Car direct 3 times now to transport my car and each time have had a good experience.
