Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I felt I was dealing with professional people who knew what they were talking about. The videos were very informative and to the point. Personal assistance from Ship a Car and Unified Auto Transport was right on every time.

I inquired Ship-A-Car Direct only one time because of their good reviews. They are upfront about their business. I dealt with David. He was in constant communication with me; via phone or email. The car carrier, Sergio was very friendly. He assured my car will be shipped from OC, CA to Bothell, WA with no problems. My car was picked-up on Tuesday @7PM, Sep 8, 2015 and arrived Bothell, WA on Friday @ 7PM, Sep 11, 2015. I am now a happy camper here in Bothell, WA.

Tom made the process completely seamless. My car was shipped from NYC on a Tuesday and was at my location is Los Angeles by Tuesday the next week. There was also no damage to the vehicle. I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.

Ship-a-Car Direct was highly professional and easy to use. Matt was my representative. He kept me in the loop and was fast to respond to any calls or emails. Within 5 days of my first available, Matt found a carrier (Florida Vehicle Transport) who could pick up my 2013 Ford Mustang. I live about 60 miles away from the pick up location. Both Matt and FL Vehicle Transport made sure they gave me plenty of heads up so I could meet the driver on time. They ended up picking up 2 days earlier than expected but that was fine with me! The driver was also very professional and took care in loading and unloading my vehicle. Pedro with FL Vehicle Transport was also very responsive to our needs and kept us in the loop with regards to drop off time. My vehicle was dropped off in excellent condition, no issues or damage noted. Total ship time was 6 days and the driver dropped off within 2 days of when he said he would. I would highly recommend Ship-A-Car Direct and/or FL Vehicle Transport and I definitely plan to use them again next time I move!

Good communication, no issues with delivery. No reason not to use again. Final price came out to be $75 more than the quote, but this was discussed with me before I committed to the shipper and was based on my location being a little harder to get to, which I understood. Would use again.

ShipACarDirect is one of the higher customer rated auto transportation I found online. There are many cheaper options but I found questionable services and experiences. After researched many options, I took the words from fellow customers who had used shipacardirect before. I'm glad I chose this company because the driver showed up on the day of pickup on time. My van was deliveried on time as well. And the carrier made phone call ahead of delivery to verify the pickup person is legit. Also my van was deliveried in the same condition as the pickup date. Overall, shipacardirect is a trustworthy company to have your car shipped through them and the customer services are nice and always available when you need help. I will definitely use their services again!

We recently had to ship a car from CA to Miami and had no concerns calling Ship A Car Direct (SACD) right away as we had used them the previous year. Placed our order online on the weekend, were assigned a carrier on Tuesday, the car was picked up on Wednesday and was delivered in Florida on Sunday night. Other than the carrier being very late with the pickup the process with SACD was simple and painless We will not hesitate to call SACD when its time to move the car back to CA.

This is my first time shipping a car so I did a lot of research before choosing Ship A Car Direct and it turned out it's a great choice. My car needed to be shipped from Ohio to California and Dale was very knowledgable and helped me find a carrier within only a few days. The carrier is ACBT Inc and the driver Bagi is super nice. He drove the truck to the nearest road to my apartment and loaded my car to the top level without charging me any extra. The car left Ohio on 6/16 and arrived in California on 6/21 safely. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct!
