Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

Great experience. Had to ship my pickup from NY to Az. Compatible price to others. They stayed in touch with me all throughout the trip. The driver showed up on time and only took a week to get toAz. Would definitely use them again if I need to ship a vehicle again.

This is my first time using Ship A Car Direct and any car moving company. They received great reviews online so I decided to try them out with our move from San Diego to Austin with two cars. Ship A Car Direct delivered! Our cars were delivered a day before our first day of work as we had requested. They never guaranteed a date, only that they would try to get us the cars at our requested date. They had the best prices and the best customer service from all the companies I contacted. They provided a lot of information upfront during the first phone call. Emily at the home office provided a lot of information and answered a lot of my questions on the phone and through email. Since this was my first time using a car moving company, I had a lot of questions. The only thing I would caution for any first time users is that they don't give you a pick up date until 24-48 hours prior to arriving since the moving company will have a better understanding of the schedule with cars being shipped in the region. I spoke to Emily about this and she made me feel better by stating that this is standard practice. I like to plan ahead but understood that that's how they schedule pick-ups. I would recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone looking for a car moving company!

Having never shipped a car across country before, I searched for auto transport companies and ultimately chose Ship a Car Direct. I worked with Karen, who was fabulous! She guided me through the entire process and stayed in touch every step of the way -- from the dispatch, pickup, and delivery. I found the price to be very reasonable, and the service & attention to detail outstanding. I will definitely work with them again in the future when the need arises (probably next year!). I put my trust in them and they delivered!

Our transmission in our car broke down in the middle of the desert and we had to get towed Kingman by AAA. The shop we had it towed to wanted a small fortune to replace the transmission so we rented a car to drive home to try and figure out what to do next with our vehicle. I found a shop locally that agreed to repair it for a much cheaper rate so we decided to have the car transported back. I found Ship a Car Direct through Google and got an estimate quoted very quickly. They were able to have the car picked up and delivered to the repair shop without me being present. The car was picked up and delivered over 220 miles away all in one day. The best part was is we were able to have our car transported and repaired locally for $500 less than if we had it repaired in Kingman and we didn't have to drive back to pick it up. We were very pleased with the whole process and it took some of the sting out of us breaking down so far away from home.

I am extremely pleased with Ship a Car Direct. I first did my homework. I read their reviews, and about eight other companies. I was more impressed with Ship a Car reviews. After Speaking with Matt, he explained all the details and also encouraged me to view the video on-line regarding the company. Matt sent me emails and even his personal number in case I had any other questions. My car was delivered to my daughter from California to Maryland without any issues. She was not home when the driver arrived, but he called her and waited for her. I am so Thankful for a stress-free transaction!!!

This car arrived on schedule and the shipper was very thorough in his pre-pickup inspection.

Absolutely amazing service .Trustworthy and timely delivery
