Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

My two cars were picked up and delivered in a timely manner. There were no damage to my cars. The driver from GROUND FORCE ONE, INC. is very professional. Although I had some scheduling issues with the broker: Ship A Car Direct and made me worried about the promised delivery date. It was the driver from GROUND FORCE ONE, INC. saved the day.

Had a very positive experience working with Dale at Ship a Car Direct. Once I contacted the company he took it from there and the price I paid to have a car moved 335 miles was less than what other companies quoted me. I gave Dale the dates that would work for picking the car up and they used one of those but I only had a one-day notice when the time came. My only complaint is that Dale told me the man who would move the car (on a one-vehicle trailer) would be at the pick-up point between 8 and 9 AM. When he wasn't there at almost 9 AM I called the driver direct and he said he'd be there at 10 AM. He later backed it off to noon. My sister who was waiting on him had to leave but we found someone else to do it which was a little bit of a hassle,. However, the pickup went very smoothly and he delivered it to me 8 hours later. The delivery also went very smoothly and quickly and the car was in perfect shape. The driver's English skills were somewhat limited which led to some doubt we were communicating at 100% but that is the state of the country we live in. He was nice though. I'd use this company again.

Rates were very competitively priced when compared to other companies with an "A" rating or higher with the BBB. Was in constant communication, from answering all my questions as a newbie utilizing the service to letting me know shipping company, date, time, location of drop off and pick up, to follow-up to ensure my car was shipped without any problems. My messages and emails were responded to promptly on the rare occasion I couldn't speak to someone directly. I have already recommended them to another fellow mover.

Ship A Car Direct quickly contacted me after requesting a quote and was able to meet my shipping request within 6 days of first contact and within 3 days of the desired pick up date. They work with multiple car shipping companies to remove the leg work for you.

It was a nice experience with Ship A Car Direct. There is always someone in the company to answer my call. If I left a voice message, I would get an email with answer in the next morning.

Read the previous reviews online, so decided to give these guys a shot. The broker I spoke to, Tom, was friendly and helpful. I had a last minute car shipment across the country, and within 48 hours he found a reliable, inexpensive carrier that delivered my car earlier than expected, saving me quite a bit of money in rental costs in the process. I will definitely work with these guys again.

Was nervous and never shipped a car before. Ship a Car Direct talked me through the process and answered all my questions. They were realistic about the pick-up and delivery dates, which made me feel comfortable and set my level of expectation. They followed up in a timely manner. and did not pressure me to go with them. I priced out other shippers and they were medium to high as far as price went. I did not feel comfortable going with the lowest cost vendor. The actually shipper they linked me with was responsive and when I left a message on their voicemail, they called back within 2 hours. 2 days before the estimated delivery, I had to change my delivery address to my office instead of my house. They were able to accommodate my request with no issues. On the delivery date, they called me when they were 2 hours away, then again when they were 5 minutes away.
