Jason was extremely knowledgable about finding a carrier and negotiating a price. In the end we found a carrier that shipped my car on time and in perfect shape.

Everything went great! I think the pick up time was reasonable from the time that I called them. The delivery was early which was nice for me! The driver definitely drove over the weekend to get here sooner which was helpful for me since I was without a car during that time. The car was in the same condition it left, nothing wrong with it! Overall I think the service was good and for a reasonable price!

The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dale kept up the communication with me prior to the shipping date and explained everything thoroughly. He let me know what to expect so there were no surprises. The company that picked up my car (based out of Sacramento) was extremely polite and professional. I watched them load the vehicle up and the driver took extreme care when doing so. Ship a Car Direct did a good job of setting up a carrier to get our car from NC to CO. The only hiccup was that it was to be shipped over the Christmas/New Year's holiday. That delayed its shipping but that was due to unavailable shippers and no fault of Ship a Car Direct. If we had to move again (I hope not), I would not hesitate in trusting them to help get m vehicles where they need to be.

They were fast and efficient, very good communication and would use them again. I worked with Adam and he was great. I was buying a new car and closing the deal took longer than I expected, so I didn't know when I'd be able to ship it until one day before. Even with this short timeline, Adam was able to have the vehicle picked up the first day it was ready to ship and it got to me in time.
