The service was extremely professional, the communication was clear and accurate, the pricing was fair and the timing of pick up and delivery of the car was as sold. This is simply all you can ask for in the space.

Ship A Car Direct was incredibly easy to work with. Very transparent in terms of process and pricing, communicative throughout, and great customer service.

My experience with ShipACarDirect has been outstanding. Matt stepped me through the process, got me a fantastic deal and picked up up on time, and were able to dropoff my daughters car within her work time constraints. Outstanding company I would highly recommend for any vehicle transport needs.

Originally, we were planning to drive our car from East to West but our son-in-law advised us to ship the car. It was a smart decision! The hardest part was actually to find the right shipping company--there are so many of them! The Ship a Car Direct company was one of the first to respond on my email, gave us a good price, easy to reach and communicate with, extra insurance to have peace of mind and in the end it was a great experience! I would definitely use them again. I would recommend to watch all of their videos that I have found helpful. Thank again for a great experience!

Great company, great service, excellent communication from the very beginning. I wasn’t sure what to expect since this is my first time shipping a vehicle. I went strictly off of there reviews and wasn’t disappointed. I could have saved money with other vendors but felt really good after reading the “ship a car direct” reviews. And they did not disappoint!

Everything from arrangements to pick up and delivery went very smooth. Vehicle Vehicle was even delivered a day sooner than planned. Would definitely use again if the need arose.
