Renee from Ship A Car Direct made our experience simple and flawless. Our first car was waiting for us when we arrived at our destination - and everything was perfect. Renee was always available, professional and flexible. We could not have had a better experience.

My vehicle was picked up during the correct time window and the driver made it within 30 minutes of the expected arrival time. Too bad airlines aren't that punctual... :) The driver was extremely friendly and his truck and trailer were almost new. The vehicle was securely fasten to the trailer and arrived in great condition. What more can I say? It was a great experience.

Ship A Car Direct went so well, so smoothly, all I can say is "THANK YOU"! The communication was great, the pick-up and drop off went without any issues, and my car was delivered as promised. I will for sure use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the shipping experience. They are responsive to my questions, and they communicated with me frequently in the whole process. The only thing I can complain about is that they gave a very short notice for pick-up (they emailed me at 9 am saying the driver will pick up the car today while I am on my way to work...)
