Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I got my SUV back in good condition...a couple days later than expected, but I didn't have to drive it down to Florida myself. Driver was a very nice gentleman (Khalif). I prayed for him because he had a problem with the air compressor during the trip; and I'm sure that was not easy carrying 6-8 vehicles on his 75-foot trailer. Lottie in the office was a super nice lady who explained all the details of getting a vehicle shipped to another state. I would highly recommend Ship A Car to anyone. Very satisfied and reasonably priced.

Great communication with the company. The driver Nick was awesome. He treated my car like it was his own. I would use them again.

I spent more time than I care to discuss emailing with brokers, reading reviews, visiting evaluation sites such as Trust Pilot, BBB and Rip Off Report all in an effort to find the best car transport company to move my car. In the end, I chose one with the "least bad" reputation. I was about to pull the trigger on that one when I asked my brother who he used to transport his cars, which I knew he had done multiple times. He whole-heartedly recommended Ship A Car Direct and gave me the name of his rep. I went through the same process of vetting Ship A Car Direct and found their record was the best of those I checked. I decided to proceed and WOW! What a good experience. Everything they said would happen, happened. Car was picked up on time, I was in communication with the driver and the car was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Price was competitive with the other 25 companies who had submitted proposals to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will be using them again in a few months when my car gets transported to its winter home.

Mike the dispatcher was responsive, informative, and professional. The driver George was eccentric but fun and very good at his job. The car was picked up within 24 hours of the projected pickup date, well cared for, and it was delivered across the country a day earlier than expected.

In addition to the exceptional care that is put into the receipt, securing, and delivery of the vehicle, the persons facilitating this endeavor are very attentive, understanding, patient, communicative, and possess the desired personal and professional traits necessary to give you a sense of trust and confidence in every part of this transport. I would highly recommend that a person looking for this type of service, not waste a whole lot of energy into the research process, but rather, know that when you do business with Ship A Car Direct, that you have chosen the best. Renee is a blessing and will put your mind at ease on any concern that you could possibly imagine regarding your vehicle. The Drive Oleg from Umbrella Auto Transport was amazing in his skills and abilities. Finally, Julie from that same delivery service kept us informed and was easily accessible when questions arose. I would choose Ship A Car Direct again, without hesitation. A heartfelt thanks to all involved! Kudos to a job well done

EVERTHING FROM THE FIRST INITAL CONVERSATION TO THE DELIVERY WAS NOTHING BUT GREATNESS....I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO SHIP THERE VEHICLE...SEE YOU IN ABOUT 3 YEARS... FORGOT TO ADD CAR WAS SHIPPED FROM VA TO TACOMA WASHINGTON..:)

Honest, upfront and on time!!

Would highly recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct, as I would definitely use them again if needed. What I appreciated the most, compared to the other companies I received quotes from, was Jennifer’s hospitality forthcomingness. Once Jennifer helped with the initial setup (8/30), it was smooth sailing from there. Vehicle transport was from Indiana to Texas. The carrier picked up the vehicle on the day of the request (9/1) and was delivered the next day (9/2). The service provided exceeded my expectations, especially considering the requested pickup was a holiday weekend (Labor Day).
