I'm a seller of ShineOn Jewelry and make custom message cards, and offer engraving and so forth. However, I experienced a problem with a customer's order, and attempted over a dozen times to get it fixed through their customer service support system only to find - THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I attempted to contact someone for help through their support system, through their Facebook groups, messages to their Facebook admins directly, and by phone. NOTHING WORKED. NO ONE EVER REPLIED. I did get a few replies over days to the ticket after hours and in the night that did not solve the problem - it's as if someone in India is replying randomly to the tickets. In fact, one rep made the situation worse. I did get replies but they never fixed the issue, the replies just went in circles. The customer's order never got fixed. So this message is to ShineOn Sellers: USE EXTREME CAUTION with this ShineOn company. YOU MAY BE TOTALLY ON YOUR OWN IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER! Also, I ordered some of my own products, the Jewelry is very cheap costume style jewelry from China that is massively marked up for retail. The customer is really paying for the ability to have a custom message card and engraving. Please be extremely careful. Your own business reputation may be on the line if you use ShineOn POD and if any problems or issues come up.

I ordered the the shield maiden love knot, it say 14k white gold and stainless steel. Its a fake chain, for 80 dollars it shouldnt be picked up by a magnet. Which it does i would like a full refund please

Bought a necklace from them i had seen avertised on facebook on the 8th of December for my partner. Emailed me to say download Route app to track my parcel, 14 days went by and still no tracking number. After 6 emails and 3 fb messages I got a reply to say they could not find my address on the post office. So after me stating you've had my money for 2 weeks and you have not even bothered to email me to say your struggling to find my address they refunded me in full and told me they would send the item still. Still hasn't arrived which I knew wouldn't.

I ordered something for my girlfriend on December 18th for Christmas I was expecting it to be here for round about new years or maybe a little later, nothing arrived it's been a little over a week after that as well and I'm still waiting, after not being informed of a wait or given a customer service number to contact, or any actual person to reply too I feel like it's ruined Christmas for me and my girlfriend having to send email after email chasing this up with no actual consideration from the company to have a working phone number, I am happy to wait if I can get in contact and talk to someone about it but this is really taking the mick, would never buy from here unless you want to waste $70 worth of air

I ordered a necklace for my daughter with a certain pic and message it came with which was advertised on their site and I thought it was perfect for my hubby to give our daughter. I waited 3 weeks and my order came with a blank piece of paper and some lame message. When you call the company they don't pick up. Some stupid robot comes on saying "sorry but all the representatives are busy" it goes straight to a voice-mail. I emailed the company like 5 6 times. No one is getting back to me. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. If this is how you do business then you're a fraud. Does your customer service department even exist???? Or you just like taking people's money and not deal with your mistakes? I'm very dissapointed..
