I’ve been using ShineOn for years and unfortunately the service and support have become increasingly unreliable. The biggest problem is when something actually goes wrong. Urgent issues often require 4-5+ escalations and repeated follow-ups just to get a concrete answer. We’ve dealt with delayed/lost shipments, failed deliveries, customer disputes, and orders approaching marketplace deadlines, yet support frequently responds with apologies and “still under review” instead of solutions. Simple requests are usually handled, but when your business genuinely depends on their support, getting someone to take ownership of an issue has become extremely difficult. After years of doing business with ShineOn, it’s extremely disappointing to see the service reach this point. I really hope they improve their support, logistics communication, and accountability!

I have been with shineon for a few years. There customer service is next level. They have always exceeded my expectations in every area. To start your own business it is a commitment and hard work but shineon does everything possible to help.

Don't fall for it!!! I responded to a FB ad that promised to start my own onine business for just $1. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well it is. I fell for their line on March 4 and thus far (after over 12 emails, proving that I had paid for the store build and upgrades, , and 3 months of trying for an update) I have nothing. Now, it appears thar their customer service person is ignoring my email requests for an update. This ad from ShineOn sounded too good to be true.....and it was. Don't fall for their BS!

The chains on the necklaces are very cheap quality. I would be afraid of it breaking when wearing it. Would not sell this to a customer ever.

I didn't even get my shopify store SETUP and these clowns took $34.99 from me and when I asked about getting the store set up, they weren't aware I had an account, weren't aware i had PAID them anything and gave me some other price as being the price I should have paid ($87.00) as if i was lying about the fact I paid them $34 I went to them because i heard they were the cream of the crop for print-on-demand and personalized jewelry but I've now seen the light and will look elsewhere. The last guy I chatted with, since they don't take phone calls, said he would forward me to the higher-ups, and they've been stalling ever since. I am gonna contact the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection division (they're based in St. Petersburg, FL) and report them for stealing my money!

I have been with ShineOn for a few years now,and I love everything about them. I think they have one of the best supprt teams out there, I have always had good experience when I needed them. I also love that they have such good shipping times. Every person, too many to name, who I have come across in the ShineOn space has been just fantastic when it comes to helping others. I am using ShineOn in 2 of my current stores, they are the only supplier for my everbee store.

Good quality products for reasonable buying prices. They do everything to motivate sellers; demo kits, training videoa (recorded and live), very friendly management team...They have great tutorials on YouTube. I'm happy to be a part of ShineOn
