I was disappointed with customer support as the responses felt robotic and impersonal.

Place an order wait wait wait very slow shipping paid for 3 day day 6 no items I will not shop there again if you value your time dont but nothing from them

First purchase was un readable the second replacement was a little better but you have to look hard to read it it looks nothing like the picture I seen on line

My order of the pendant was supposed to be engraved on the reverse side It was not. Also, so small that you can't even read the saying on the front

Could not track said it use spam!

The item did not look like what was posted on he internet. The only reason I gave Them a 2star was they sent me a replacement but it was just a crappy. Find something else.

The chain was in a knot when it arrived in the mail. It broke and so did the clasp that held the pendent on the chain. Was not impressed. Wont order again. Thank you!!!
