I placed c&c order fro ShineOn Albany. I would have expected an email to collect next day (Friday) or over the weekend. To clarify, on the same day I ordered from SO, I also placed a clothing order with Next, in the UK. That has just been delivered to my house. Not a good look is it ShineOn, especially for a click and collect. I hate to think how long delivery from ShineOn would take if this is the poor c&c service! Still no notification to c&c.

I ordered on Dec 19 & received the order today. While the necklace is pretty and is what I ordered, the script that came with it is incorrect. I specifically ordered because of the script. Not only is the script wrong, it says "Love, Dad"...I'm MOM. I will have to print out the script and add it in myself.

Great products with a good margin, but worst customer support. Also, they are always running out of stock for several products, and it takes them forever to restock.

The heart/anchor is absolutely gorgeous, but the chain was junk. It broke twice in a week, and I ended up buying a new chain to replace it.

I love the necklace. Very beautiful however my husband sent me a necklace that was supposed to have beautiful words written in the inside of the box. I received a blank black background. Absolutely no words. You should make sure to advertise if words are not included.

Decent products but often have to chase up orders, resolve defects.
