For the most part the system is working as advertised (after a few returns and reboots). However, I believe the spray bar needs some work. After about a month you notice considerable build up in certain locations in the bowl. In my case around the 11 o'clock position and the 5 o'clock position. I have played with time length and it does not seem to effect the outcome. My only conclusion is that the spray bar is not getting certain parts of the bowl. I would be glad to discuss this via email or telecom.

The toilet bowl still gets scummy in a day.

Disaster. Poorest customer service EVER! No replacement pods available and I pre-paid the subscription for the year.

Cannot order pods

It appears they have bailed on their customers.

Shine did not get rid of stains in my toilet as advertised. My sprayer stopped sticking to the porcelain. Customer service is nonexistent. I threw my Shine away and tell everyone I can not touse this product.

This product works whenever it wants to, and not during the time it is supposed to. And usually only works once of twice a month. Also I paid for subscription to get pods every 14 days, I have not received my last 2 orders of pods, and now I cannot order more on the APP, because it says I need to verify my email, and it will not give me the chance to do that, there is no button to click or anywhere to put my email. I email you guys about the pods orders, and I never received an email back and that was like a month ago.

I can’t order cleaning pods anymore & there is not a way to communicate with anyone at Shine. I have an unlimited membership. Because of this, my 3 devices no longer work. I have tried many, many times to speak with someone via phone, email, and chat.
