This (not inexpensive) product never worked correctly, if at all. I don’t know whether to blame the app, the product, or both. I never had the “create ionized water” option live on my app. I could see it in the background, it just didn’t function. Then I would get a message about needing to create ionized water! Very frustrating. I updated the app when prompted, still not functional. The thing would spray randomly, including times when we were actually ON the toilet, so quite unpleasant. I would hear it going off constantly at night and it would need constant refilling- and ionizing, which I was unable to do. I really liked the idea of this product but in real life application it just didn’t work. I feel like the product was rolled out before it was really debugged and we, as customers, were forced to beta test it. I have already unhooked mine and boxed them back up and am quite angry about having spent what I did for them!

After trying to return the products for two months because they did not work and never getting a response, I received an email on how to file a claim as a creditor of Shine because they were going into bankruptcy. Guess I’m out $250 for the devices and $40 for the pod subscription.

Why are you asking?? You shut the site down and screwed over all your customers!!!

I’m frustrated because I can’t get support. The app won’t let me send a message. My device loses power after 2 days and hasn’t cleaned, even though it recognizes the flush to start electrolysis. My refill subscription was reset to pay as you go and I feel like I’ve totally wasted my money. Please help

Product arrived quickly and was very simple to set up. Has been working fine since received. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend to anyone.

A business that put all its trust into the investors and then goes bankrupt,it was ridiculous that we as investors found this out third party.The investors lost and wasted a lot of time and money supporting this company.There’s nothing to say other than time goes on without out this poorly managed company.
