After I contacted them regarding an issue with several Shelly devices that suddenly appeared offline in the app, I received a very clear and helpful response with specific troubleshooting steps. The team explained how to check whether the devices are still accessible locally via IP address, which would indicate that they are connected to the network but only missing the connection to the server. I also really appreciate their responsible approach regarding the bulb issue. They offered a warranty replacement if the problem is confirmed, which shows that Shelly truly cares about its customers and stands behind its products. The communication was polite, precise, and focused on finding a real solution. I am very satisfied with Shelly’s support and I truly appreciate their professional attitude toward customers.

Had problems with smart lights installed by a plumber in my new bathroom. Couldn't program the switch to control them. The AI response from Shelly help desk was no help but once a person looked at it they saw the problem in my set-up - all fixed rapidly

Always loved shelly devices and a lot of them have been working great! I ordered a Shelly I4 which did have some problems, after telling the support i got a replacement coupon within 1 day. This is exactly how support should be done, thanks Sofia!

One of the devices I ordered recently arrived dead on arrival. I contacted Shelly customer support and was impressed by their quick response — they replied within 2 hours and resolved the issue within two days. Excellent service. I’ve been using several Shelly devices for about 5 years. Only one RGB smart bulb has developed an issue: it still lights up but can’t connect to WiFi and doesn’t reset anymore. The other three bulbs continue to work without any problems. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product quality and the support experience.
