Very bad service Even though I consulted I received a product that does not match at all, they want me to pay return shipping for their product Very bad customer service

I was planing to buy item from the worth 2500 pounds but I was like because I try a small order first. I bought the first order for 382 pounds, on the website it says that VAT is included. When invoicing, they gave me the price including VAT and in the VAT section they put 0 and now I have received a letter from the DHL worker saying that I have to pay VAT. Very disappointed with this practice, I did not expect a company that promotes itself so much to do something like this. You can see below how it specifies VAT included

I made and paid an order almost 4 weeks ago including 27,17$ for expedition to Paraguay. Except the mails confirming the order and the payment, I have absolutely no news, no tracking number. They don't answer my emails.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice- defekte Geräte werden nicht ausgetauscht bzw erst nach einbeziehen von Paypal - dann muss man auch noch den Rückversand zahlen - somit kommt man teurer als das was man retour bekommt. Kauft nichts direkt sondern über Amazon - da hat man Rückgaberecht und einen soliden Kundenservice.

Unterirdischer Support, Versand aus Bulgarien. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten: ca 20€. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Купил Shelly pro 3EM, и после установки разочаровался, так как элементарные нужные функции спрятаны за платной подпиской. Я не для того покупал за большие деньги это устройство что-бы потом ещё годами вам платить за элементарные функции которые должны были быть по умолчанию. Жадность производителя зашкаливает.

Sent multiple items that required batteries with dead batteries inside; when contacted, they offered a coupon code for the value of new batteries to be used on their website for future orders. Why do you think I will order more products from you, when the previous products were shipped in non working order, ontop of VAT + Shipping on this new order? Straight scam. At least display that the product requires a battery and you should purchase one, instead of claiming it has one and is good to go; then link your unhappy customers to T&S and blame them instead.... Unacceptable.

Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice mit das Schlimmste, was ich seit langem erlebt habe. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen,
