Shelly makes great products and their customer service has always been super responsive and helpful. I think they have some negative ratings here because of courier delays outside their control. I have never had anything but a great experience. Currently own 47 of their products in my home and very happy with them and the service provided.

Habe unzählige Shellys bei mir im Einsatz von der ersten bis zur dritten Generation. Funktionieren einwandfrei, sind günstig und haben eine offene API, welche es mir ermöglicht die Daten unabhängig von der App auszulsen in meinem Smart Home. Auch die neuen Bluetooth Devices (Doorsensoren, Switches und PIRs) funktionieren einwandfrei.

Super happy with their products

Après mes déboires avec Shelly France (Italie) et la personne nommée Elisa (NULE). Un Shelly EM qui ne fonctionne pas et impossible de trouver une réponse auprès du SAV. En désespoir de cause, j'ai contacté Shelly.com pour leur expliquer mon problème, après 2 échanges de mails, ils ont décidé de m'envoyer GRATUITEMENT un nouveau produit, sans même me demander de renvoyer celui défectueux. Super et MERCI

Very good devices, inexpensive, but reliable. They are also small and fit nicely in existent electrical systems. I use some devices for energy monitoring with Home Assistant and it's a great combination, never had issues and downtime. Good to see they are adding also devices with Z-Wave protocol, which has great range and keeps power consumption low.
