Hello, Thank you for your quick and efficient response!! My problem has been resolved, and I thank you for it. With such a high level of after-sales service, I understand why you are a leader in your sector. Keep it up! Thank you again. I wish you a pleasant day. Sincerely, Christophe.

When submitting a support ticket, you get a fast response (max. 1 day) from someone who actually reads your issue. It did not feel like standard answers as most support teams work. At the end the issue was found in the FW of the device (so not my fault so the say), and the good thing is, that it was admitted directly. No talking around it. Really good support.

I’ve quite a few Shelly devices, and unfortunately I have one with a fault. I raised a support ticket and the support team responded very quickly. After seeing a video illustrating the problem, they issued a voucher for a no quibble free replacement. Top service and I am very happy with their products.

Perfect Support. Thanks a lot! ;)

Habe mehrere die Stecker bei mir installiert und bei Problemen hat mir meistens das Support Team geholfen. Leider funktioniern die Stecker (Aufzeichnung des Stromverbrauchs) nur wenn das WLan eingeschaltet ist.

I am a Shelly consumer for years now and have been starting to automate my home with IObroker and later HomeAssistant both with integration into Apple HomeKit with around 45 devices today. Shelly is offering devices at a fair price for a lot use cases. Of course devices can be delivered with a defect or having that later but Support is always quickly answering request and offering easy solutions like replacements of DOA.

Great products, very innovative, easy to set up, easy to use, great support! Best in home automation!
