Honestly, it's really changed my life. I know it sounds corny, but the things I learned even surpass the expected skillset and training. I got a new perspective on my life. To allow myself to dream and build something for myself. Instead of being stuck in a cycle of surviving but not thriving. I even changed my mindset when it comes to money. In short, this entire experience has given me a new skill set, support, a community, and a whole new mindset that will filter through every aspect of my life.

I’ve had experience in sales within my own offer for almost 6 years. I’ve never been properly trained on sales until She Sells. I had a decent foundation of structuring a sales call, but even after 6 years of doing it on my own, there was still SO much that I learned from SheSells. I’ve been on all sides of the online industry with having my own offer, hiring a closer previously, taking my own calls, and now being in the student seat truly learning! SheSells taught me so much from start to finish of a sales call, and where I struggled the most was objection handling. The academy is extremely in depth, hands on, and there’s constant live support with the live weekly calls too. If this is something you are interested in - DO IT. As someone who’s been in this space for a while, there is so much growth to be had and room for everyone. Join!!!

I had a zoom call tonight with one of the trainers she asked too many personal questions on repeat and in different ways. To be quite frank was none of her business although they push you in a way which makes you give no choice. I asked questions on the business to find out exactly what im getting myself into, she beat around the bush to give me a straight answer. Some questions I asked were not answered but she just smiled. To be quite honest for the money spent on this I would rather not she made me feel awkward,not comfortable and when I got off my zoom call I felt like shit

The knowledge that this course provides is good, however, you can find all this info for free on YouTube. They're advertising this academy as "your most direct, streamlined and efficient way to land your dream offer' by selling you on this software that allegedly saves you SO MUCH time on scrolling through instagram by giving you access to hiring creators, BUT, once you scroll through all these creatos on the software, it redirects you to...INSTAGRAM lol. So your message likely will never even be seen by any of these creators. Shelby doesn't even let her own trainees get their foot in the door by hiring them on her own offer, she wants them to get experience first, Ma'am... was doing your course to get immidietly placed the whole point???? You want us to pay for your course, beg other couches, somehow break into the industry and struggle to get on any offer that will have us, get experience, and MAYBE THEN come work for you to make you even more money? Sounds like a lot of value for you and not a lot of value for people who sing up.

Not saying that high ticket sales does not work or that Shelby isn't legit, I think she does a really good job marketing/sales but the support side after the sale is made should be improved. First I had to make the payment before signing the contract, and I had a couple questions about the contract that I wanted to clarify before signing anything. The sales advisor agreed to edit the contract for me, but after following up on it, I didn't hear back from her until 5 days later...after I had to send countless messages and I tried calling her and she didn't pick up. I was disappointed at the service. It felt like I wasn't getting taken care of as a customer. After handing over a significant amount of money as part of a sales process you should still maintain healthy communication with the customer. If I can't get a simple question answered about a contract, how can I trust that once I'm in the program I'll be able to get the same support? The advisor also agreed to add those terms in the contract for me over the phone, and she didn't follow through with it. At that point when I finally heard from her 5 days later, I was already uncomfortable and turned off from the whole process. As a customer I felt disregarded and it creates a sense that the company only cares about the payment but isn't there to provide support after. I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with the course and requested a refund. I think Shelby is selling her course so fast because she is doing a good job with marketing and sales but her fulfillment needs improvement. I hope she can take this as feedback to hire more people to work for her on her team. There should be a proper HR team that is dedicated to answering questions about the contract.

It’s been so helpful and empowering. This program has helped me become more likable, confident, and genuinely myself. Every day I’m discovering new things about who I am and what I’m capable of. I would 1000% recommend joining this program — it’s completely changed my life, and it only keeps getting better! Shelby and her team are absolutely AMAZING! 💖

Just landed my first offer which I never thought was possible but it IS. Shelby gives you all the tools to be successful and if you just do what you are supposed to do and keep your eyes on the prize, theres no doubt this program will be a success for you!
