My honest review... I joined mainly because i needed the community of like minded woman in my life! That aspect did not disappoint, but on the call with the closer they did not mention you will need to pay 200 USD to get access to the academy and community after the 16 week program is over. That was stressful as I thought the initial investment was giving me lifetime access. Also, the grad software is not what we thought it would be, talking to other girls inside the program. It's basically a list of creators, not 100% updated. You still have to cold outreach the creators to get on offers! However, it does save you time by not having to do all the research yourself! I would suggest talking to girls inside the academy or me with any questions before joining to see if this academy is for you or not! Overall great energy, support, and skills were definetly learned throughout the 12 weeks! Great course for accountability and community! The Impact of Tier One Training on My Life Since starting the Tier One training program, I’ve experienced a major shift in how I think and approach my goals. It has helped me become much more of a critical thinker—no longer just going through the motions, but truly analyzing my choices, habits, and mindset. This transformation has made me more intentional with how I live each day. One of the biggest sources of inspiration throughout this journey has been Shelby. Every time I come across her posts on Instagram, I’m reminded of what’s possible through hard work, consistency, and belief in yourself. Her progress and the way she carries herself continue to motivate me to keep pushing forward, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Shelby represents the level of discipline, confidence, and success I strive for, and seeing her growth through this program has made me more determined than ever to reach that same level. Tier One hasn’t just helped me train my body—it’s started to transform the way I see myself and what I’m capable of. I'm no longer content with where I am. I want more for myself, and I know this program is the key to unlocking it.

the trainings with Shelby and the Tier coaches are AMAZING. they are so knowledgable and kind and have a great flow to the calls. I also love all the communication in Heartbeat. Yoodli seems to get stuck on some objections or topics that don't really seem natural but it's not bad.

This has been a comprehensive training but most important theres a team that actually gets back to you if you do have any issues. You can tell they're growing and evolving. I wish there was a little more one-on-one time before the grad exam but you really are given the tools, you have to be self motivated and go get it!

I was welcomed into the academy right away, and made so many great connections. The education is truly valuable and completely changed my midset in sales & day-to-day life. I didn't do 5 stars because the its a little overwhelming and difficult to navigate the platform. As the community and training continues to grow, I would like to see a more streamlined organization of everything.

This program really helped me to understand the foundational skills of selling. I was in a short lived sales role for 8 months before this with no training and just told to figure it out. Obviously that didn't work, and I had to shift gears and the path I was on. The structure, support, and community of She Sells throughout the 90 day training is fantastic! The only thing that is preventing me from providing 5 stars is that the structure post grad is a bit overwhelming. Everything throughout Tier 1-3 is very well structured and makes sense to learn the full skills of a sales call. However, now that I have graduated and am trying to get on an offer, I'm a bit lost and a lot of the girls already on offers are asking for advice. It is difficult for me to stay focused and tailor my non-sales skills into HTS. Shelby has put together an empowering platform for women to get into sales, and I am so glad to be a part of the community. I have gained a lot of confidence and positive mindset shifts from the girls I've connected with. For anyone thinking of joining, you do have to put in the work, and when you do you will see the rewards.

The only reason it isn’t 5 star is simply due to the community itself. Yes girls share and support but as a black I am least supported in posting. Thats not Shelby fault tho. Overall, the program is designed to show you the ropes. This program gave me confidence and nuggets to be successful with any role that aligns with my future. Shelby is energetic and contagious with knowledge. This is a real opportunity with real result.
