Can’t fault. The customer service is superb. I requested sheet music that wasn’t on the site and within a day or two, they had it ready to download! After initially being told it could take up to 2 weeks, this was a vast improvement and in my eyes demonstrates the passion and commitment they have for their customers. Highly recommended.

I am a member of Sheet Music Direct. I’ve made purchases in the past that went just fine. Then I ran upon an issue where I kept getting declined while trying to make a new purchase. It was on a weekend and I kept trying for 2 days without success. I couldn’t get my debit or credit card to go through even though I knew I had the funds. Very frustrating. I sent customer service an e-mail about the issue that Sunday. By mid day Monday I got a response from Sheet Music Direct. They were very sorry this happened and explained the problem and provided me with a detailed alternative to make my purchase. They were in the process of trying to resolve the issue with their 3rd party payment system and told me they hoped to get it fixed soon. They even offered me a discount code for my next purchase. The very next day they contacted me again to let me know the problem had been resolved! Great customer service and communication in my opinion! I wish there were more companies out there like this. I’m extremely pleased with the way they handled this and I will continue to purchase sheet music from them. I’m a very happy customer!! Thanks Sheet Music Direct for being a great and upstanding company to work with!! I would recommend to anyone looking to buy sheet music on line. I play guitar and their selection is outstanding!

These guys are amazing and so helpful. I seamlessly transferred all of my MusicRoom scores across to Sheet Music Direct last year and have not had a single glitch. I now have more than 500 scores and counting!

I had a 6 month gift subscription which was due to expire. I enjoyed using the site and wanted to take out a year’s subscription but my account page only had the facility to pay monthly. I emailed, got a prompt can do response, my problem was resolved and I got a follow-up email to make sure that all was well, so I have no hesitation in recommending sheet music direct.

They have all the Leadsheets we need for about as cheap as you can buy anything today. I mistakenly downloaded a score - and I received an immediate email to my inquiry along with a full refund. In our world today - that all sums up to as good as you can get!!

I have been using Sheet music direct for a very long time and have always had excellent support from them. I recently had a (admittedly self created) issue when using music on my ipad. The team at Sheet Music Direct could not have done more to help resolve what I had done, all the team were very responsive and all friendly and helpful. They are always looking at ways to make the way we use music better and I personally love the app. Brilliant website, brilliant app and an excellent team. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks.
