App has changed to pass version. Says I cannot access this. All they say is “it’s not ideal”. App now unusable as cuts out when accessing music. I have a lot of Paid For songs. When will you do something about “not ideal”

I was charged twice for 1 subscription within 2 days of each other. First charge was on the 6th of May & the second was on the 8th of May. They refuse to refund me the Pass Subscription charge for 1 of those because they have a no refund policy. I have no problem with abiding by the "No Refund" policy & paying the $9.99 but to charge me twice then refuse to do anything about it is just stealing.

Hi Crystal, sorry to hear you experienced an issue whereby your PASS subscription was charged twice. This shouldn't have happened and it sounds like you've been refunded for the duplicate charge. If this is not the case, please email us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist. Best, The Sheet Music Direct Team

Love this site. The whole package is good. Even just the ability to transpose sheet music with one click is, by itself a stand-out feature.

I bought a guitar chart, Satin Doll, by Kenny Burrell. The tabs do not follow the melody; it was a complete waste of money.

I love this page and the sheet music they are offering. I always found it was expensive, but still okayish. I feel like it got a lot more expensive the last couple of weeks... which makes me as a student very sad because now it is hardly affordable.
