Please avoid they are a scam company. I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my subscriptions and it is impossible. I have emailed them several times.

I had an issue with ordering string quartet music but didn't realize it was a score only and no parts. I contacted SheetMusic Direct via email and Jacklyn quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. Her customer service was outstanding!

First, I was able to get the sheet music through Sheet Music Direct where I couldn't get it from other on-line sources. Secondly, when I told customer service that I didn't want a monthly account, they took care of that almost instantly and refunded the charge. I will be back when needed! Thanks Sheet Music Direct

I bought one but it just won’t let me download it. This was initially my review. But after reaching out to their customer service, they quickly solved my issue. Twice. I wish it was never an issue.

Like many other reviewers I inadvertently took out a subscription. When I contacted them they immediately made the refund. It’s exceptional customer service but they really need to fix the website as it’s not doing them any favours and it is otherwise a very good source of sheet music.
