Sheet Music DirectReviews of sheetmusicdirect.com

What a great company. I was billed for an amount for a service that I did not want. My query was dealt with promptly and to my satifaction. So great to find a company that deals with problems this way and does not obfuscate and make things difficult when in comes to refunding money. A pleasure to deal with and will definitely return to this site. Again thank you

Jacklyn @ Sheet Music Direct resolved a problem I had extremely promptly and painlessly. It made me feel very good about the company. They stand by both their products and their policies.

I've always found Sheet Music Direct to have a really fine, comprehensive collection and an easy order and download function. Most recently, a sheetmusicdirect charge appeared on my PayPal account that I didn't recognize and didn't want. I contacted their Customer Service, and they resolved in less than an hour . . . a full refund and an e-mail explaining the problem. This is a great website in every way.

This is a most useful source of keyboard arrangements, often quite simple and playable for the amateur. When I accidentally signed up for a subscription and thought it was a scam, they dealt with the matter the same day and refunded me! Can't say better than that.

I too got the mystery $9.99 monthly charge that just started showing up. I was upset about it. But I emailed and literally received a response from Jacklyn in about 8 hours. She refunded every charge and canceled the "subscription" She also explained to me with screen shots how the charges came to be.

Easy to find the music I want. Easy to download and edit for sections I want, select print size, select instrument, and especially transpose to any key. I had an issue with unintentionally signing up for their subscription service and they returned my email same day, fixed the problem. I highly recommend.

A very quick response to my query. Very satisfied.

have just been charged £9.99 without signing up to any subscription. I see this is a common problem with this site. I have emailed customer support and requested a refund.
