I think the support is pretty quick. Due to that, the situation did not make me worry at all. Although I do hope that you guys can prevent this case where reset of 2FA is suddenly needed. Coz who knows when the timing is really bad.

If a transaction gets lost in Limbo, and that does happen in crypto. This Team gets to the bottom of it . I have never lost any crypto that was not returned proper. Once again Thanks Team Shapeshift.

I love the ShapeShift non custodial exchange for a start. The support team are also very helpful at troubleshooting. I had an issue connecting my keepkey hardware wallet to an electrum wallet. It was an easy fix but I would not have figured it out without the support of the ShapeShift team. Looking forward to being able to sign transactions and verify holdings directly from the keepkey wallet.
