Well was a bad day trading with shapeshift unfortunately, they would only limit me to $1000 or less trades on Ethereum, BTC and USDC for some unexplained reason. To top it off 2 of my 10 trades are still "awaiting" so needed to do 2 help support tickets and I guess we will see how that goes. Two days ago I traded my Ether and BTC, over 20K worth in two trades without a hitch, so not sure whats up, maybe trying to get more fees from me ? Anyways I am disappointed, hopefully won't happen again, if it does I will ditch them and the keepkey and go ledger nano/coinmama,itbit or crypto.com, but we will see.

Excellent team. If you think issues are hard to resolve when you know what your doing. Try getting good help when you don't. I am new to the crypto scene and these guys got the luck of winding up with me, a newbie in the learning process. Fortunately for me, this team is great and their site and their assistance makes it easier, so that even the unable become able. Kind and curtious with a great response time and a knack for truely wanting to help you get any issue resolved or your questions answered. And they stick with you until your satisfied. I am new to crypto and my computer skills and knowledge aren't much better. And my errors aren't exactly commonplace. But I have had plenty of experience with customer service people over the years through many companies. And with this team and company I feel more than confident I will get through this challenge, and succeed knowing there are great people like these guys on board. Many thanks to their humanity as well.

I accidentally made three double spends from my exchange into Shapeshift. They were not accusing me or mad at me at all. Together over a week and a half their tech team and I resolved the issue to get rid of the three unconfirmed transactions. It was complicated and did not work at first but their extra effort saved the day. Thanks

I contacted the customer service team in a frantic mess after hours. I'm new to the Portis wallet and though I'd lost my unsupported ERC coins to the deep bowels of the interwebs. Customer service contacted me promptly and reminded me I could just import my Portis wallet into Metamask until they're supported. What a lifesaver! I was able to add their contact address, ship them off, and have since earned profit. Thanks!

I have a very good experience with shapeshift. I sent a large amount to the wrong address. And the support has helped me to get me the money back. After 12 hours they send my money to the right address. I actually assumed it wouldn't work. But it worked ! I'm the happiest customer ever!
