Purchased 3 bras, went by their measurements and the bras were too small. I called complained and had to pay another $27us to get the new bras. I got them at the end of August and the wires are already poking through. I hang to dry them, wash them in a bra bag and they are poorly made. They look brand new The only nice thing about them is the thicker band on the back that hides the back fat. But just not worth the hassle with this company.

A terrible experience from the very beginning. Costly with nothing to show for it, as my package ended up in another country. They refuse to refund me, and if I want to have it reshipped, I have to cover the cost myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Save your money and avoid a terrible experience. You deserve better

Seriously the best bras ever! I have 2 Honey Love bras, Shapley way better! I have several VS bras, Shapley bras way better! We all know how costly the Honey Love and VS bras are. I will order more Shapley bras

Seller is in China. You don't know this until after you have placed your order and you check your credit card and it says International purchase. This is very dishonest. The shipping takes 2 weeks before you receive your order. The underwears are cheap and unbelievable they look nothing like what's in their description. They do not accept returns and last the item is damaged. You tried to call them or reach out to them you never hear squat from them. Stay clear of these scammers

het is echt ongelooflijk... ik zit al sinds zondag met hun in contact proberen te komen... ik heb een bestelling geplaats en gelijk na gemaild dat ik de bestelling wil annuleren... ik krijg nergens geen contact mee.. mail.. website.. instagram. heb al 20+ mailtjes gestuurd. ik heb de politie en KVK ingeschakeld daarnaast nog juridisch loket en nu geven zij aan stappen te gaan nemen zodat ik mijn aankoop bedrag terug ga krijgen.. vind het schandalig dat het zo moet want ik had het liefst met hun zelf geregeld dat de annulering was geaccepteerd en geld terug zou krijgen. hun motto met wilt u de bestelling annuleren doe dat dan zo snel mogelijk.. nou dank je de koekoek want ze reageren nergens op!! dan maar wachten op de politie voor harde sancties.

Apparaat gekocht en totaal niet tevreden met de werking. Op website adverteren ze met 30 dagen proefscheren: 100% glad, anders geld terug. Ik heb een mail gestuurd en ik kreeg als antwoord dat terugsturen eigenlijk niet ging, omdat het een product uit China is. Ik kon daarom de verzendkosten wel deels terugkrijgen. Ik heb ze gewezen op de 30 dagen proefscheren en kreeg antwoord dat ik mijn rekeningnr moest opsturen. Dit is ondertussen 2 maanden geleden en Shafely is niet meer te bereiken en sturen geen mails meer terug. Ondertussen is het apparaat na 4x gebruiken ook stuk…Geen aanrader dus!

They sending my order to the wrong address. I contacted them literally 5 minutes after I ordered because I noticed the wrong address, they said they couldn't do anything, and for me to call the post office to see if they could hold it or forward it to the right address. Seriously, how hard is it to change an address 5 minutes after an order is placed?

Be very cautious These people are criminals This company is a scam. After making a purchase I was redirected and was instantly scammed by a double payment taken from my account for even more money than was advertised for the product price. I immediately emailed the company regarding this. I was told they could do nothing about it as it had been sent. I continued to contact them even stating they had a 7 day full refund policy. They then sent an email saying my money would be refunded in 4 to 7 days. I have not received any refund. I have made a complaint with PayPal and will do with my bank.
