I ordered the thong shape-wear in black and beige. I found the site easy to navigate and my order was dispatched quickly. Upon receiving my order I noticed there was a problem with the stitching on one of the bodysuits. I contacted Shapely by email and a replacement was dispatched to me free of charge. The shape-wear is comfortable and certainly snatches me in at the waist. I would recommend them. The customer service was great.

Shapely underwear provides excellent support and comfort while enhancing my natural curves. It’s breathable and flexible, allowing for all-day wear without feeling restricted. Overall, it's a great option that gives me confident and allows me to wear bodicom dresses in their everyday wear.

Really good fit and quality!

I bought 2 bodysuits from shapely. The fit is terrible, the gusset is very wide and chaffs. The bodysuit provides no support for your bust ( contrary to what the company advertised). When I contacted them to arrange a return and full refund ( full money back guarantee if not satisfied according to their website), it turns out they don’t refund bodysuits, just a credit available. I would not purchase any item from this company, so it’s money in the bin for me. Buyer beware!!!

Free shipping and easy returns - no it’s not. You have to pay for returns and in order to return you have to contact customer services and seek details on how to return. With only 14 days for a refund it takes a week to find out how too. This isn’t good service

Worse thing ever could buy on shein for about £3 everything poor doesn't do what it says quality rubbish. Misleading website, would like a cash refund says only credit note
