Great follow-up, personal note to say that the items were coming in 2 shipments and things arriving well packed and on time. For a company with a name from the 17th century - it certainly has an up to the minute level of service.

I ordered some seaweed soap that our household is absolutely in love with, unfortunately, our local retailer closed this month and we were on the hunt to find a new place to buy. Our order came very quickly but we were sent the wrong product. I contacted Leon and had the corrected product on it's way with a prepaid return label within 12 hours (we live on the east coast). Again, our product came quickly and they were even nice enough to through in 2 extra soaps and a cute soap dish! Thank you so much guys! We will definitely be ordering again! :)

Leon was great throughout the entire process. Did not settle for emails. Took the initative and resolved a problem even before I realized that it was a problem. GOOD JOB LEON.

I was able to find unique products at fair prices. They packed my water glass very well to insure it arrived safely.

I came across this website by coincidence and was stunned by their ultra quick shipping times. I'm also very happy with the product.

Shipping was quick!

I had never purchased from Seven Colonial before but my shipments came in a timely manner and customer service reached out to me beforehand to let me know which items were coming from where. Greatly appreciated.

When my first order arrived broken, I called and reported it. After a few photos to document the damage, I was assured that a replacement was on its way. Sure enough, I have the new merchandise in hand, and it was packed super carefully. I could not be happier! I was also given a coupon good on a new purchase, and I just received the new items today. Wonderful service!! I would highly recommend Seven Colonial.
