Excellent quality and customer service
Not only did I get an amazing deal on a purple agate coaster (seriously - 1/3 of the price of other stores!), I also saved an additional percentage because they were having a 4th of July sale. I was obviously already super excited about the purchase because of the pricing - then, after confirming my order, I got a friendly e-mail offering a choice of which coaster I would like - they had 3 left, all very different, and I was able to pick which of the three I wanted. It arrived quickly, it was packaged nicely, and the quality of the product is outstanding. Awesome experience! I will definitely shop here again, and have recommended the website to friends.

Great company to do business with.
Ordered a quantity of four of the same product. Received email shortly thereafter giving me 4 choices which varied from accepting 3 and being issued a refund, delaying the order until the 4th item is received and ship later, ship 3 now and the 4th when it arrives, or receive full refund and cancel my order .Company was apologetic about the miscount of the items on hand. I was not inconvenienced in any way but Company went way beyond the call of duty by issuing the appropriate credits and a coupon good for use on a future purchase -- the latter of which was unnecessary from my standpoint, This is a Company you want to do business with.
