Clock is beautiful however both ends of the arms were bent though straight out of the packaging. I was able to gently straighten them out but there is still a slight bend to it. Only noticing if you know it’s there but they could benefit from better packaging.
Response from Seven ColonialApr 15, 2019
We ordered a replacement clock for you immediately. So sorry about the bent arm!

The item I ordered and you confirmed was refunded as you had run out of stock.

The quality wasn't quite what I was hoping for in the piece I ordered. There were sombre gaps between the pieces and the finish was uneven. A little disappointing.
Response from Seven ColonialAug 29, 2017
These pieces are all made and assembled by hand. We are happy to send you another one or issue a refund. We want you to be happy, not disappointed. I emailed you for more information. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

I purchased several items from web site and had difficult time checking out. Additionally, part of my shipment which was a ceramic vase arrived broken. I'll now have to take time out to return item for credit or replacement. Kind of pain.

We sent out a replacement and hope it made it there in one piece. There's never a need to return something broken to us! Just a photo is fine. Thanks!! :)

I bought the planter for orchids that my husband got me for our anniversary. The pot they came in had no holes for drainage - it was more for looks of the arrangement. I wanted something rectangular and when I found this pot, I thought it was perfect. I looked everywhere on the description for drain holes, but found no help there. However, the picture did seem to show potted plants in the planter, so.... I bought it. Well, there are no holes I'm here to tell you, so my husband will be drilling some with a tile bit (gulp). Not the fault of the seller that I bought this knowing I was taking a chance, but I would've appreciated a slightly better description. The pot is beautiful - definitely expect a handcrafted look. I'll be keeping it. Hopefully it won't crack when he drills the holes!

Thanks for the helpful info. It turns out that none of the members of the Mulberry family have drainage holes, so we'll add a note to all our product listings. (Also, you can always call or email us if you have a question like that and we'll get you the answer as quickly as possible!)
