The product I received was very different from what was in the picture. It was very decieving. If I was to return it I would have to pay the cost of the product for shopping so it wouldn't be worth it. So sad I wasn't able to get the expected product for my grandfather for Christmas! :(

I was looking for a specific and unique gift, which Seven Colonial had an no other did. My item arrived within a week and it was exactly as the picture showed. They are very responsive to email requests, even on weekends. I would highly recommend this company.

Not only does Seven Colonial have great product offerings, but wonderful customer service to back it up. To give you a background, I ordered 2 ceramic vases that were broken by the shipper during delivery. I notified Seven Colonial about the damage during shipment and within the next day I had two new ones arriving back to my house. Service was fast and easy and exceptionally friendly! It was so pleasant to talk with them and I am committed to ordering from them again. It's a breathe of fresh air to have a company committed to great causes and great customer service that you can trust. The prices at Seven Colonial are the best (and even better) than compared to other big aggregate websites (i.e. wayfair, amazon, overstock, etc.) - so you can be assured your getting the best price on the web - take it from an experienced web shopper. I will be a long term customer of Seven Colonial and upset I did not find them sooner!

I bought this terracotta garden decoration, a Japanese-style lantern, not the easiest thing to deliver through the mail. But it got here fast and in one piece, and it is a nice, high-quality item.

Received my order in less than a week! I ordered multiple candles of one brand and Leon sent me an email asking if I would like for him to obtain more of the candles---now I call that personal service! Will order from this company again---happy shopping!
