The felt reindeer is incredibly cute! I'm thinking I need eight tiny reindeer :)

Personal, friendly, efficient, helpful. You guys rock! And Ruben made my daughter very happy :)

They're beautiful and functional. Arrived ahead of schedule. It was a no nonsense transaction.

I looked for a long time for just the right thing and I was very excited when I found these. I love that they're ceramic. The color is beautiful, pretty but subtle for a teal. However, I wasn't 100% satisfied with the finish on both that I ordered when they arrived. I still liked them a lot, put my plants in them, & hung them. I left a 4-star review on a Sunday & within a few hours I received a phone call from a company representative, Leon, asking how they could make it right. I told him that I was mostly satisfied with them & it was ok. But he told me their company always aimed for 5-star quality & he wanted to send me hand-selected replacements. They just arrived & they're perfect! Just what I was hoping for the first time. Just stunning. And honestly, the first 2 I received are still very nice. I'm planning on using them in some upstairs rooms. Thank you, again! Not only are your products exceptional, so is your customer service!

I am always hesitant ordering certain products from a company I am unfamiliar with. Sometimes pictures aren't exact, etc...but the wood tassels I ordered were exact, and I REALLY appreciated the personal customer service I received upon placing my order. A gentleman called needing shipment info to guarantee delivery so I was very happy to know that they actually cared enough to call, instead of shipping it, only to have some mess up with the address. Super fast delivery, excellent service, and great products. What more could you ask for? Definitely will be ordering from Seven Colonial again! Thank you very much! MorningStar Wilson

When the product arrived it was broken:(. Talked with Leon and he sent another one right out. GREAT customer service. Will order from this company again!!

I purchased several items from web site and had difficult time checking out. Additionally, part of my shipment which was a ceramic vase arrived broken. I'll now have to take time out to return item for credit or replacement. Kind of pain.
