Seven ColonialReviews of sevencolonial.com

Your order was placed and delivered so quickly, follow up great. Products great. Thank you.

I had ordered five planters from Seven Colonial, three on one order and two on a later order. Four arrived fine, but one came cracked. Not only did Seven Colonial send me a replacement at no extra charge, they replaced it twice more when the replacements came damaged, each time with additional padding and packaging. It just turned out that the planter was faulty, because after I had the replacement planter for two months, a crack started radiating down the side. I notified Seven Colonial and they sent me more replacements immediately (the first replacement was, again, cracked). It's a bummer this particular item was so bad, but seriously great service from Seven Colonial. The support agents I dealt with clearly wanted the experience to not only be great, but personal. I'll definitely purchase from them again (just not from this manufacturer!). Shoutouts to John and Leon at Seven Colonial for being amazing!

I ordered glass, animal-shaped salt & pepper shakers (mice for myself, & cats for my sister-in-law, next purchase--the hedgehogs?) for Christmas. The customer service rep told me the cats were "new, in today" and that they're "ridiculously adorable!!" I said I hope the recipient of the gift is that enthused--because, now I certainly am!! They were packaged very well and I find myself using the same adjectives to describe them. I can hardly wait for Christmas, for her to see them!?😊

I ordered picture frames from Seven Colonial and I was very pleased with their product and the service I received. I had a return issue and they handled it promptly and made it very easy. I would definitely order from them again.

These vases were perfect! They arrived well packed, timely and were exactly what I was hoping for. I have had many glass vases shipped to me in the last few weeks and none were packaged as well as these. I will be a repeat customer guaranteed!

Beautifully packaged, generously sized, a more masculine scent but still lovely. It will make a great gift for my guy.

I love the glass pinecone ornaments that arrived yesterday. Seven Colonial had a unique collection of items to choose from. Placing my on line order was easy. I was notified in a timely manner confirming my order, when it was shipped and given great tracking information so I would know when the order should arrive. The glass ornaments arrived well packed.... all 20 without any breakage. The only issue I had was with UPS delivering my order to the wrong address.

I wanted something unusual and classy and for once got exactly that at a price that was totally great. Thanks!.
