They ship faster than Amazon...it's incredible! I mean, I already knew the candle (product) was great but to get it DAYS before I was expecting it, is another gift in itself for someone who religiously online shops.

Easy to speak with someone on the phone and they shipped the day that I ordered. Thanks again for a great transaction.

Two orders so far. Both very happy with. Will be going back.

Super service from start to finish!!

I ordered from Seven Colonial after trying to order the same item from another vendor who canceled the order three weeks after I placed it without ever letting me know they didn't have it in stock. Seven Colonial not only shipped my order the SAME DAY I placed it (despite it being after lunch), but called to ask whether the item was a gift and then checking to verify the address. I was so impressed!

The heart is bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. I love it that much more because it makes it seem more like something you would find in an old dungeon!!!

Seven Colonial continues to carry the best and newest of everything, and continues to offer the best customer service on the planet. It's why I always return. And the prices can't be beat. It's nice to find a company that stands behind every purchase and will deal with any special requests with pleasure.

I was experiencing difficulty ordering more than 1 item. I tried a few more times, then called. Leon gave a few suggestions and I tried again, no luck. Before I had a chance to call in my order the old fashioned way, Leon had called me back "Wow"! There was an issue with the computer program, he assured me it was fixed and thanked me for bringing the issue to his attention. Really? A company that goes out of their way to seek me out on caller ID and be sure my order was placed!! Now that's excellent service. Wish more companies treated customers that way. I'm a customer for life and have recommended Seven Colonial already!!
