Our NP, TOD WORK was excellent! He is very knowledgeable. He was thorough, patient and kind. We felt heard and well cared for. We will definitely choose him again, when we need a doctor. We don't use computers or video calling very often but were able to figure it out. The most difficult part was deciphering the time zones. I think it may have been posted incorrectly, but it turned out good in the end.

Sesame makes it so easy to get my prescriptions refilled. The online appointment booking process is extremely easy to navigate; just a few mouse clicks and my appointment is booked and confirmed. I'm usually able to get an appointment the same day or the next day. Sesame allows you to select your provider so I've been seeing the same doctor for months. He's familiar with my health issues and my medications so our visits are quick and efficient. Dr. Imran is great. I highly recommend Sesame!

Best choice I ever made. Issue is an ear infection was resolved within minutes by speaking with a doctor and getting the prescription I needed sent to me before 6:00 p.m. that evening via Amazon. I wish I had done this years ago

My visit was no non-sense and at the same time cordial. Just the way I like it. This was my first telehealth visit and I didn't really know what to expect, but I felt comfortable talking with Dr. Abu-Shtaiah. Even better was the fact that including greetings, the discussion, the confirmation, the opportunity for questions (which I had none), then the closing, I was in and out in about three minutes. That was a bonus.

The Dr. was very kind and listened to my concerns and I could tell he genuinely cared. He also very much emphasized if I continually had the symptoms not to wait and seem emergent care. I even lost the call and waited patiently until I got back on. Thank you for doing what you do!
