Edit: they reached out to me unprompted and refunded my appointment. Very happy :) I googled telehealth appointments and found sesame. I was on a page that was about telehealth appointments and then searched for doctors. I booked an appointment and didn’t realize it was in person. It did not make it clear. I cancelled it the next morning and they would not refund me.

The service was great and I didn't have to wait for my appointment. The time I scheduled was the time the doctor came on. Not like other websites that take up to 24hrs to get back to me. Thank you Sesame for making the booking process so easy and getting my medication into the pharmacy right away!

Sesame is super good for those of us who need quick medical guidance and prescribing medicine is needed. Perfect because you don't have to go into an office if you are contagious etc.
