My NP Sara was very attentive & listened while I explained my problems. Rather than automatically prescribing meds, she suggested she would contact my primary in Canada & ask him if he agreed with her prognosis & solution. After a tele to Canada , Sara followed-up with me, Between the two of them & myself, it was recommended to contact my primary in Florida that I acquired during my hospital stay in Florida just three weeks prior. I appreciated Sara's efficiency & compassion. I will definitely consult "Sesame' again if the need arises. It's a relief to know that if you don't have a primary, SESAME is there for us.

I had scheduled appointment on 3/11 at 1:45. I got on early and was concerned that the video feature connected then disconnected numerous times. I waited until 2:10 and no one ever came on. When I went back to the home page, it said that the appt had ended. I've tried to speak on the phone and have also sent emails to request a refund without any success. Needless to say I'm very unhappy.
